As your occupational agreement approaches its conclusion and you prepare to provide vacant possession, we kindly request information about your utility supplies. To facilitate the smooth transfer of supply responsibility to the landlord or a new tenant occupier, we ask that you complete the following form when returning the property to the landlord.
