Periodically, the Property Asset Management team at Vail Williams is required to verify compliance, both for internal assessments and at the request of the landlord's building insurer. While the list of concerns outlined below is not exhaustive, we kindly request that you upload evidence of compliance with the relevant legislation through this customer portal. Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005:

• Conduct a Fire Risk Assessment in accordance with the legislation.
• Confirm in writing that the assessment has ben conducted.
