At Vail Williams, transparency and regulatory compliance are paramount in our service delivery. As part of our commitment to excellence, the Property Asset Management team adheres to the regulations set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors concerning service charge activity.

In our ongoing effort to keep you informed, we aim to provide a summary of period-to-date expenditures, along with the revised budget information for the next period, approximately two months before it's commencement. Additionally, within three months of the period's closure, we endeavour to release a comprehensive service charge close-down information pack. This pack includes certificates confirming expenditures and outlining each tenant's liability towards these costs.
